 **Please note this position is Part-Time, Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm**

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Make outbound customer phone calls to current customers (no cold calling).
  • Generate sales leads from customer conversations.
  • Sell new service agreements and renew existing service agreements.
  • Grow, monitor and maintain the maintenance programs; update changes in ownership, add new install job information and review reasons for non-renewals.
  • Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for each interaction.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Learns and embraces the Boulden Brothers' vision and mission statements and works within the scope of the defined position to continually strive to achieve and execute the goals.
  • Have a positive "can do" attitude with open dialogue addressing problems, issues, and obstacles that prevent you, your fellow team members and the organization from achieving their goals and realizing success.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, clients, vendors and others.
  • Represent Boulden Brothers in a positive manner at all times, both inside and outside the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Previous call center experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Clean, neat and professional appearance.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule

  • Schedule is set Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.
