Boulden Brothers is looking for top performers to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. Could that be you?

**Please note you must have the availability to work a flexible, weekly rotating work schedule including the following:  Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, and 11am - 8pm, and Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer in-bound customer phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule, book and confirm service and sales appointments when clients and prospects call.
  • Work closely with service manager to coordinate scheduling and dispatch.
  • Sell new service agreements and renew existing service agreements.
  • Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner. Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow up as appropriate.
  • Ensure the accurate capture, data entry and maintenance of customer information.
  • Alert managers quickly to significant customer issues, serving as a champion of the customers to our company.
  • Win the confidence of new clients when they call for service or repairs.
  • Have a good working knowledge of our products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of HVAC work, and in particular how Boulden Brothers operates to benefit the customer.
  • Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors and customers.
  • Must be capable of understanding client needs, and favorably influence their decision.
  • Constantly be learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
  • Make outbound customer phone calls to current customers.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Learns and embraces the Boulden Brothers' vision and mission statements and works within the scope of the defined position to continually strive to achieve and execute the goals.
  • Have a positive "can do" attitude with open dialogue addressing problems, issues, and obstacles that prevent you, your fellow team members and the organization from achieving their goals and realizing success.
  • Additional duties as assigned.   

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficiently manage time and schedules.
  • Outstanding communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, clients, vendors and others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Proficient in technology including text messaging on Smart phones.
  • Represent Boulden Brothers in a positive manner at all times, both inside and outside the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Previous call center experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
